1. Introduction

By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all purchases made through our website and govern the relationship between The Nomadic Path and its customers.

2. Products

The Nomadic Path offers curated outdoor gear, equipment, and lifestyle products sourced from trusted suppliers and manufacturers.

Product images displayed on our website are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the final product.

Some items may ship directly from supplier warehouses.

3. Pricing

• All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR)
• Prices include VAT where applicable
• Delivery fees are excluded unless otherwise stated

While we strive to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. If a pricing error is discovered, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order and will notify you accordingly.

4. Orders

When placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product.

An order is only confirmed once:

• Payment has been received
• You receive an order confirmation email

All orders remain subject to stock availability.

5. Payment

Payment must be made in full before dispatch.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. The Nomadic Path does not store your credit card details.

6. Delivery

We deliver within South Africa only.

• Processing: 1–3 business days
• Delivery: 2–5 business days

Delays may occur due to courier delays, supplier dispatch times, weather conditions, or high order volumes. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

7. Stock Availability

• Our own storage facilities
• Supplier warehouses
• Partner distributors

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may offer an alternative product, issue store credit, or issue a refund.

8. Ownership & Risk

Ownership of goods remains with The Nomadic Path until full payment has been received.

Risk transfers to the customer once the goods have been delivered to the specified address.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Nomadic Path will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased through our website.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used safely and according to manufacturer instructions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Supplier Fulfilment Clause

Some products available on The Nomadic Path may be fulfilled by authorised suppliers or distributors. Delivery timelines and warranty support may therefore be subject to supplier processes.

The Nomadic Path will always act as the primary point of contact for customer support and will assist in resolving any supplier-related issues.
