Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery in accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

Return Requirements

• The item must be unused
• It must be in original packaging
• All accessories must be included
• Proof of purchase must be provided

Returns must be approved before shipping.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been inspected.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on payment provider processing times.

Non-Defective Returns

If an item is returned that is not defective, a 10–15% restocking fee may apply.
