A little insight into our Hennops’ Hiking Trail

We’ll be hiking on an unspoiled family farm set in a truly tranquil landscape with the Hennops River flowing through a valley bordered by mountain ranges to the north and south.

At both the beginning and end of the hike, the trail meanders alongside the river before gently veering off into the surrounding mountains.

Trail we’ll be taking: Zebra Trail

• Distance: 5 km
• Duration: ± 2 hours
• Difficulty: Easy – Average
• Elevation gain: 110 m
• River crossing: Cable car / suspension bridge

One of the highlights of this trail is the chance to spot wildlife along the way. We may encounter zebra, wildebeest, impala, blesbok, and kudu — truly epic to walk alongside them in their natural environment.
